Closing Time Garage Doors

Garage Doors Project

Customer name: Zingler

Project address: 202 S Cherokee Ln Ext, Woodstock, GA 30188

Project description: Our client was looking for five steel back and insulated garage doors, large and X-large, with an oak faux finish. We were able to set him up with the exact doors he was looking for along with a high lift radius track so that he was able to use the full range of his interior. We also set him up with both direct drive openers and some chain hoist openers to suit the needs of each door.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The entire process was seamless. I got a great education in garage doors and openers. The installation went great. The door had a minor defect from the manufacturer. I wasn’t even concerned about it, but they ordered a whole new section, scheduled a replacement and all without a hitch. The installers were nice, clean cut, hard working young men. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs garage doors and/or openers repairs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent company and excellent service! They were easy to call and talk to in order to schedule a first appointment. They came out and tried to fix my problem, But discovered that the repair might be only slightly cheaper than a new unit so they gave me different options on what kind of garage door openers I could get. It was extremely easy to ask them questions about it and then once I decided on what I wanted to do, they were out within one day and fixed it perfectly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fast repair on our damaged garage door rail. It has worked well since the repair. Also got out to us same day on another issue when our door was hit. They were able to fix things for temporary use before our new door arrived. Excellent service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Closing Time Garage Doors is an excellent company for garage door installations, replacements, and repairs. We first contacted them during the Christmas holidays, and despite the busy season, their response time and customer service were outstanding.

More recently, we needed their help after our newly licensed child accidentally backed into our garage door. They responded to our call promptly and had the damaged panels replaced within just two days.

The entire process was smooth, professional, and reasonably priced. Their team is reliable, courteous, and does quality work. I highly recommend Closing Time Garage Doors to anyone in need of garage door services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul was awesome. He had fair pricing, clearly knew what he was doing and quickly fixed our broken spring on our garage door. On top of that he made several adjustments to our door and re-lubricated it to ensure proper function for years to come while thoroughly explaining what he did and why it mattered.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys replaced my Garage Door 6 months ago, did a wonderful job, original opener was adjusted nicely. Last week I had issues with the opener and called Paul. Instead of troubleshooting over the phone, he came out and ended up replacing the opener and the rail. Result is perfect, and was handled within 2 hours of my call. Hard to beat such a response. Thanks Paul

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I strongly recommend Closing Time Garage Doors to anyone looking for a responsive, honest, garage door professional. Paul communicated well, arrived as expected, executed the maintenance and then educated me on how to properly service the door myself going forward. He then reduced the charge versus what he originally quoted! I appreciate an honest service man.

Thanks, Paul! You earned a lifetime customer.
